This spa is for the boys!  Yes YOU can bring your spouse or girlfriend but it's for MEN first.  

We are Canada's only men's spa that is staffed by men (and women).  Doug, Michael and Steven head up the esthetics department-helping men with their skin and shaving issues - plus excellent body treatments and foot and hand care.  Daniel, David and Craig head up the massage department - we offer insurance receipt massage and specialized massage such as Hot Stone and Indian Scalp massage to mention a few.  

We are located just 12 minutes by foot from the Rideau Centre - close to all the downtown hotels and the famous Byward Market.  The spa is in the former Italian Embassy building - an elegant edwardian-style structure with high ceilings and massage rooms in the vault.
