Rock Island Lodge is a unique venue with a premier location. Located on 7 private acres, Rock Island is surrounded by unspoiled beauty, sandy beaches and rocky shoreline.

Magnificent Lake Superior is just outside our doorstep. "Superior" vistas, homelike comfort and friendly staff come together to make this an ideal venue for your event.

The main room is a warm and welcoming spot featuring 3 large picture windows with breathtaking views of the lake. Casual seating is typically set-up around an old stone wood-burning fireplace; a built-in buffet station facilitates food functions. Step outside, and you'll find a charming patio and small beach right on the water's edge.

Looking for something to do while you are here?  Our paddling facility is the only one of its kind right on Lake Superior where you can paddle the calm Michipicoten River or head out into the crystal clear waters of the world's largest freshwater lake.  We are located between Lake Superior Provincial Park and Pukaskwa National Park.  So there is no shortage of adventure.

Rock Island Lodge is also home to a number of workshops open to the public.

These include, Landscape Painting, Gales of November Photography, Yoga Meditation and Personal Growth Retreats.
