You accept that Hiddentrips.com is neither a supplier nor a vendor of and for any of the travel products and/or services referred to and present on this website.  You also accept that Hiddentrips.com makes no representation, implied or expressed, with respect to the services or products referred to in, nor the suppliers or vendors accessible through this website and; Hiddentrips.com is not responsible for the condition, provision nor terms of any features of any such services and/or products, or the accuracy of any description of the services and/or products. 

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Hiddentrips.com or any third party provider of distributor should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the above and below described functions or uses of this site or its content, the liability of Hiddentrips.com and the third party providers and distributors shall in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater (a) the subscription free and service charge for accessing this site, or (b) CAD$25.00. 

Claims and Complaints:  In the event of a complaint against Hiddentrips.com, it must be submitted in writing to Hiddentrips.com within five business days, failing to do so will result in the complaint and/or claim being invalid.  Any legal action against Hiddentrips.com must be brought in the City of Mississauga, Ontario Canada, and you agree to attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of and to the applicability of the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any and all purchases that you make as a result of your use of Hiddentrips.com are governed by the terms and conditions agreed upon by you (as purchaser) and the supplier or vendor of those services (as supplier or vendor).  This includes any and all prices/rates to be paid, the terms and method of payment, the manner in which bookings are to be affected and carried out, any applicable eligibility requirements, optional or mandatory insurance, and cancellation policies.  Hiddentrips.com is not a party to any contract by which you acquire travel or/or other services.

We make reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the site, but cannot ensure that the site will be at all times free from viruses or other destructive software.  You are urged to take appropriate safeguards before downloading information from the site.  We assume no responsibility for any damages to computer equipment or other property that may result from use of the site or downloading anything from the website.
